SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT AND MUSHROOMS

1 Lb Mushrooms, sliced
1 Lb Ground Sirloin
2 Onions, chopped
2 Cloves, Garlic, minced
½ Cup Olive Oil
3 Large Cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 Tablespoon Oregano
½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt

Brown ground sirloin or other lean meat in large cast iron frying pan. Drain any fat from meat, and empty meat into bowl or other container until needed. Cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic in hot oil about 10 minutes or until mushrooms are browned. Stir frequently. Add cooked meat, and stir into mushrooms, onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling point. Lower heat, and simmer, uncovered 1 hour or longer, stirring occasionally. Simmer until tomatoes dissolve, if you have the time. Maintain level in pan by adding small quantities of water periodically.
