Pizza Dough

1 ½ Cups warm water
1 Package dry yeast
¾ Tablespoon honey
3 Tablespoons oil (Safflower is preferred)
1 Teaspoon salt
White or Whole Wheat Flour

Combine ingredients, adding flour last. Add flour until it is too stiff to stir. Continue adding flour while kneading. When dough has a satin finish form into two balls and let them rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down and roll out into two pizzas, shaped to fit your pans.
